Methods of Practice
Ideally, we take one full day per week (an example would be sun-down from Friday until Sundown on Saturday) to use for spiritual growth. This could involve simply shutting off the computer and/or phone for the day, leaving the car at home, a special meal with family, personal ritual or whatever sort of activity signifies something special. One day to allow Divinity the chance to flow freely into your life.
Daily, a few minutes for meditation/prayer should be put aside. Sending energy and love to the earth and to the people who need it. This is a wonderful habit to establish.
Celebrating the changes in the seasons. Low Spring/High Spring, Low Summer/High Summer etc… different people feel more comfortable giving these days names that might be a part of their culture, ex: Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Easter etc. The name of the holiday is not as important as the actual acknowledgement itself.
Due to the nature of our practices and recognition of Elements and Wheel of the Year, we consider Divinaturism to be a Wiccan tradition.
